Is there software that will monitor for a change in a web page and notify me by playing a .wav file?

thats just a weird request...i thought windows could do this with IE, dunno anything bout playing wav files when it happens...cant you just click on it every now and again to find out?

Simple stuff like this is easily done with just about any scripting language.

true...but I am guessing its Win32 enviroment so its not quite as easy as in *nix
