IMG_5094.jpegThe first digital watches didn't come out until the early or mid 70s. I definitely liked them better because they gave you the precise time w/o having interpolate the position of the hands. 'Is that 6 or 7 or 8 minutes after; 10am. Ah, f' it. Just try to get there early.

But the first LEDs required that you push a button to display the time. Kinda annoying.

Look, folks, some of the best documents ever, believe me, they’re written in cursive. How is the young generation going to read our incredible constitution if they can't even read cursive? It's a disaster!

Can OCR even read cursive? Maybe properly trained AI based OCR can.
OCR was ai before ai was a twinkle in the marketer's taint. pattern recognition was the one of the earliest machine learning models. bank atm's use ocr to read checks and were good enough 25 years ago, now they just seem like a cheat.
A proprietary font? I think not. It'll certainly be something like Linux Libertine.

any true font will have no margin for mis-interpretation.

That's a nice looking font. I'm gonna grab it when I get on a desktop.
