Is there much difference between the Sempron 64s w/ 128KB L2 vs. 256KB L2?

Which applications does the difference most/least effect?

Is there an effect on overclocking?

Generally speaking the 256KB cache will be the equivalent of a 200MHz higher-clocked 128KB cache part in cache-intensive operations, but usually processors with less cache tend to overclock better. I have a 128KB cache Sempron 3300+ processor stock at 2.0GHz which overclocks easily to 2.6GHz, of course YMMV.
