my boot up process???

Im talking about when I have to sit and wait for my Tekram SCSI card and HPT370 raid controller to detect there devices. This takes up the majority of my boot up time

Hope theres an answer out there to this

I doubt it.

That is just the motherboard talking to the cards. All hardware specific and nothing to do with OS.
Unless you can mess around with BIOS to stop certain things loading??
