Is there anyway to make XP copy the contents of one folder to another ever so often?

i don't thnk it's in the settings. you'll either have to get a program to do it or write one yourself.

Bingo. Use Task Scheduler.

Or if you really wanted to be difficult you could write a program to do it.

But why bother when the solution is so simple.

i use task scheduler and xcopy to back up all my data to my files erver from my dev box every morning at 3:45am
