Is there anyway to get a discount for an Amazon Prime membership?

My trial just ran out and I am going to purchase a full account, but I was wondering if there are any discounts for an account? I saw a couple posts on other sites that were like $20 off for a new account bringing it down to $59, but they were all old. Do they run promotions like that very often?
 
If you have family member plan (a person with Prime can share it with family), you can split the cost several ways.
