Is there anyway to fix a scratched CD?

I think I'll try one of those CD fixing kits and if that doesn't work, I'll email Blizzard. If they tell me they can't do anything for me, I'll download a copy, but otherwise I'd rather have an original CD even if it costs me a couple of bucks for shipping
