Is there anyway I can NOT allow my admin to see what I'm doing

the rascal is using IRIS to capture data and he gets to see everything .......virtually everything...that includes my passwords, my ids, my messenger convos and all..........I'm getting really pissed off with this...Is there anyway I can hide or encrypt my data which goes out? Invasion of privacy and complaints wont work coz. that's he least he or the higher up guys care for ...

How about only doing work related things at work... that would prevent him from seeing stuff....

You have no "expectation of privacy" rights on your work computer. In some companies, attempting to "stealth" your activities is grounds for firing. How much is your job worth to you ?
