Try using a different program like Speedfan and Everest to see if you get the same problem.

I ran speedfan and it didn't show the readings. It should show the reading for Vcore in the bottom left box but when I run speed fan it's blank.

I installed the drivers on the motherboard driver CD. Then I updated the drives from EVGA website but after I installed them my mouse stutters while in windows. So I uninstalled the drivers, then reinstalled them using the drive CD. Should I update the drivers again?

You should download the nForce 4.70 driver from the Nvidia website instead of using the eVGA ones.. (I am guessing you have a nf4 board)
