Is there anything to the Pink Floyd/Wizard of Oz connection?

I have never done this but it sounds really cool. For those who have done it is is worth it to set it up and do you think that it's more than coincidence? For those who don't know if you start the album "Dark Side of the Moon" at the MGM lion's thrid roar there are supposed to be some spooky synchronicities.

My co-worker has done it and said it was very creepy. Said it fits perfectly to the movie. I myself have never done it though.

Really? I never heard that before. The thing is you could probably play it to the Super Bowl and get the same thing. Given enough information the mind WILL make a patern out of it. But Pink Floyd is pretty freaky anyway so I don't know. I guess I'll just have to try it.

I did this and it didn't really mean anything. If you take any album and any movie, some correlation will form between the two. I've read several places about this and I don't think think it was written to any movie.

they've never said much about it, Last i've heard they just deny anything about it, but ya they say it goes with some movie, never heard about alice in wonderland though...

and about that, if you HAVEN'T seen it don't say anything about it. It doesn't matter if you're stoned or not cause it's so obivous it fits together.

I'm really undecided. The whole thing seems a little odd, but I do want to try it. The thing is that I have heard of people doing it wrong and they still think it synchs. If it's intentional then you have to do it right for it to work. You can'
t just pick up wherever you want and still have it work.

I love doing this. First of all DSotM is one of my favorite albums anyway. I've watched the Wizard of Oz this way about ten times, and whether you believe it's just a coincidence or not, it's still damned cool.

Everyone should see it at least once in their life. It's synchronicity baby!
