I know that my GF is seriously afraid of spiders. She has a panic attack if she sees even the smallest one and starts hyper-ventilating.

My personally, I'm only scared of three things:

(1) Going to prison...I just go bonkers even THINKING about being locked up
(2) Death
(3) Something happening to a family member
 
1) Someone hurting my wife
2) Someone hurting my children

Thats about it. And God help the person if I get my hands on him and he's done either of those.
 
Drowning...

I fell in a canal when I was six and got my foot trapped in some weeds, if an old bloke with a cane hadn't been walking along the path I would have drowned (it was only the fact that he had a cane that enabled him to reach me)

Ever since then I have been scared to death of open water, nobody will ever get me on a boat no matter how much they pay me.

I'm pretty fvcking scared of heights. If I have something to hold onto I'm sort of ok, but if not...fvck you! I'm not going over to the edge.

Heh Heh If I knew the end result of being tied up was being put on a boat, I would have to be near death for them to be able to tie me up, you've obviously never experienced how strong somebody can be when they're motivated by sheer terror to prevent something from occurring 🙂

You'd have to come a long way to stalk me too 🙂
 
Oh I'm also pretty afraid of the opening/closing of umbrellas...seriously. I don't mind using them, but if someone I know is near me I ask them to open it an close it for me, and I stay away. I do this because when I was in kindergarden my friend opened an umbrella and the pointy things on the edge poked him in the eye and he was rushed to the hospital...was pretty freaked out ever since then.

Hmm...for me:

driving in the rain, at night. Either one is fine, but not both at the same time :Q

Other than that, I'll have to think. Death, of course - but I don't know if it's neccesarilly death in and of itself I'm afraid of, or if it is simply the manner in which it may occur. I don't want to die in some horrendous, grisly fashion.
