I havent *used* it persay but i have been privy to a demo. All i gotta say is that it looks like nothing much has changed in the interface. The xml handling has said to be improved but wihtout actually using it i'd hate to make that call.

As far as it being out, it is being released to select markets (a few educational institutions and VERY few dev firms) currently it wont truely be available until maybe next week? or the week after? mid sept is what i undertand and am waiting for
