heh sure. japanese xbox games are always a big hit and people have broken into my car and stole my imported xbox games because i carry them around so you gotta back them up. lol.

Don't go solderless. Pay the extra 30 to have someone install a real chip for you.

There isn't even that much of a reason to get a real chip these days with the current state of softmods/exploits like Ndure. Anyone with a computer can modify their xbox by hot-swapping the hard disk and installing the proper software on it or running an auto-installer from a memory card. You could probably find someone locally who will do this for you for a nominal fee (it only takes five minutes).
