Is there any way to tell what week an AMD athlon is from??

I have an Athlon 600 and I'm just about ready to overclock. I've got my Globalwin VOS32 HSF and GFD is on it's way. I was curious to find out about how far I would be able to take this processor and still achieve stable use (I'm hoping at least 750MHz). I know that it just depends if the processor was made during a good yield or not, so is there a way I can determine that? I guess it really doesn't matter because I know I will pop that sucker open as soon as I have the chance. But I would still like to learn how to find out what week a processor is from and if it was a good yield or not for future inquiries.

You can tell from the numbers on the CPU.

Right, I understand that. I was looking for someone to tell me where to find out how to decifer what week your chip was produced from those #'s. Which hopfully would lead to finding if my chip is from a good yield of processors. I already looked at AMD's techincal documents site, but it doesn't mention how to tell what week it came from. I know how to tell what the default voltage, cache divider, etc,etc... I know I have a Model 1 style of processor. Is there somewhere else on the chip to look for more info?

You can read the numbers on the CPU die.

Example:
D600AST1B
AKAA0022BPMW
Y5689460375

On the second row, you can see the part where it is 0022. The second set of two digits is the week number. I think the first two numbers represent the year, but I'm not sure since I haven't seen any chips from 2001 yet.
