Is there any way to min-n-match your ACT scores from the diff sub sections b4 reporting??

I was wondering is there is anyway to mix and match the ACT scores from different sub sections from the different times that you took the test......also when colleges say that they look at the "best score" is it best score from ea. sub section from eact time you took it or is it just the best overall score??
 
I know alot do that for SATs, I never heard about it for ACTs but I assume some do... I don't have to worry, my 32 is pretty good... hehe.
 
I know with SAT I most colleges look at the highest score from each section even if they are on different tests.
Thus I would think they would do the same thing with the ACT.
