Is there any way to extract all the files from a website?

I bet this program downloads just all "a href" links in a page. Cuz if it could also download stuff you don't see, it would be nearly the same as a "directory listing", which is turned off on 99% of all web servers.
 
Teleport Pro can download entire web sites plus copy the directory structure as well.
