Is there any way to extract all the files from a website?

Say I go to http://www.cafeallegro.com/, and that's all I see. Is there any other way to see what else is on the page? Any programs that can download everything?

I bet this program downloads just all "a href" links in a page. Cuz if it could also download stuff you don't see, it would be nearly the same as a "directory listing", which is turned off on 99% of all web servers.
