Log on as Administrator or as a member of the Administrator's group.

Go to:
Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management > Storage > Disk Management

Right-Click on unpartitioned space to create/format partitions.
Right-Click on partitioned space to format/delete partitions.
Alternatively, use Action > All Tasks for the above.

<< i dont see any "unpartioned space" to right click on  >>

All your space is therefore partioned. Follow Ladi's second right-click option.

Yo2up,
If you have your hdd partitioned completely (all space partitioned) as one drive (C:), then any attempt to repartition it will result in data loss (access loss) unless you use a disk manager like Partition Magic.
If you do not have a good understanding of hdd architecture or physical layout, you then should not use other disk level reformat software. These will allow you to move cylinders around and remount them as seperate new partitions. But if you make a mistake, you will not be able to boot up at all.

If you can back up you info with something like Norton Ghost or Drive Image 4.0, then do so and then you can try to repartition your drive.
If not, either prepare to reformat and reinstall or spend $50 on e-bay and buy PM 6.0.
