Is there any way to completely remove Norton crap from my recycle bin in NAV2003?

I have turned off all the options for the Norton Protected Recycle bin in Norton Antivirus 2003 in Windows XP, yet I STILL get menu options for it wheneven I right click on the recycle bin and it is still montoring stuff. How do I completely get rid of that junk?
