Is there any video or learning material about ergonomic touch typing?

Hi there. I learned Dvorak from typingclub last week. Now, I can touch type and I am satisfied with my typing speed(currently around 45 wpm). But typing clubdoes not provide information about proper finger, hand, wrist movement, it is just showing the end position of the finger and I have strange pain on my wrist because probably I am moving my hands, fingers or wrists in a wrong way.

I am open for any learning material or advice about touch typing ergonomics.

Essentially what you are asking is how type and avoid the stress that causes carpal tunnel syndrome. I found that a padded wrist support a bit higher than the keyboard works. Also the keyboard should not be tilted up at the back. It is all very similar to what one learns when playing the piano.

I moved you question here because it was getting no response in a hardware forum.

This has some good tips: https://www.typing-lessons.org/preliminaries_3.html

Also make sure that your chair is high enough that your arms are straight or slightly downward positioned so your wrists remain fairly straight.

I wrote chair high enough but for good posture and leg circulation it could mean a lower desk or keyboard tray below desk height instead of a taller chair.

I've been touch typing since typing class in 8th grade.

I have a Microsoft keyboard that allows a different wrist position than the standard straight keyboard. My laptops don't have that, however.
