Is there any software that will let me do this w/ mp3's?

I want to take a bunch of mp3's I have, mash them together into a single mp3 1 or 2 hour long mp3, with beeps or bell sounds inserted at regular intervals. For example to mark 3 minute workout and 1 minute rest periods for boxing.

Whatever. I buy all my music on CD and rip to mp3 for personal use. I want to create this specifically for boxing because I don't always have a timer to mark the workout and rest periods.

Cool. What's an easy way to find little audio clips of bell or buzzer sounds I can use to mark the periods? I need three or four distinct sounds, one to mark workout start, one to mark rest start, and one or two generic signals as warnings that there are xx seconds left in the current interval.

What you are describing is the concatenation (chaining) of MP3 files. The Google list is extensive. I use FX Concat - very user friendly.
