Is there any situation where calling a girl the "C" word would be acceptable?

Um, I've never used the word, but to say there's not a woman on the planet that wouldn't deserve being called that is kind of rediculous.

QFT. I can jokingly call ANY of my male friends d*cks, c*cks, mofos, or anything else, but I think using the c word AROUND any female friends of mine would be some kind of vile crime in their eyes. Dunno why that is, guys really don't mind being referred to as their genitalia, or girls genitalia for that matter (pretty sure I could get away with calling any of them pvssies too).
 
If a girl kicked me in the nuts and I didn't deserve it... I'd probably call her a C---.
