Is there ANY reason NOT to get an PCI-E 6800 Ultra vs the PCI-E GT?

PS is new PC Power and Cooling PCI-E SLI 510 so plenty of juice (38 Amps in the 12 V Rail).

If money is not a concern, is there any reason NOT to go for the Ultra? How much queiter is a GT if at all? Thinking the EVGA models...

if money is not an issue, then by all means get the ultra...I am aware that OCIng the GT to ultra speeds is quite common, but having a ultra at stock is a pretty nice peace of mind i'd say

The only reason not to get the Ultra model is so you don't make us envy you a little bit more, especially if you get two. 😉
