Is there any program that'll test whether fans in computer working properly?

Is there any diagnostic software that will help determine whether all the fans in your computer are working correctly?

if the fan is spinning it is working 😀

you can try Motherboard monitor. it can monitor your fans
also it helps to know why tyoe of you computer you have..

for example some dells dont have CPU fans, the have a heatsink with a duct system to the rear case fan for the CPU.

Most Motherboards will indicate the speed of the CPU and one "system" fan if you are using fans with speed sensors. (3 wires)

These speeds can be seen either in the PC health section of your BIOS setup screens on by using the motherboard monitoring software normally supplied with the board by the manufacturer.

I don't know about video fan monitoring (check your video card documentation and see if the parameter is available using the software provided by the manufacturer.

Bottom line.... no software will report the speed of a fan that does not have built in speed sensing.

Probably better to monitor the temperatures of these components and if they seem high, look at the fans to see if they are spinning.

no, that air is comming from the power supply exhaust fan or a case fan... the CPU fan is mounted on the heatsink which is mounted on the CPU itself... it only circulates air within the case.

just take the cover off the side of the case and look at it 😕

Dont ask why, but i ended up sticking my fingers in my 120mm exhaust fan 3 times during my build...just the tip of my thumb, but still...
