Used both of them. Prices are reasonable, prints are good quality. every so often you'll find free print deals for each place.

I've used Mediastreet in the past, they'll print anything from 3.5x5" up to 48". Awesome quality too, my professor has had severa hundred photos produced by them; they all look awesome.

Seems like the links that Gopunk posted are quite costly (49cents per 3.5x5). You guys should check out Mediastreet (33cents per 3.5x5); they'll give you 10 free photos (up to 4x5 I think) when you sign up. They're shipping is also very sweet; I ordered about 20 photos including an 11x14 and the shipping was $2.

Costco or Sam's does digital print. Both charge US$.20 for 4 by 6 print. Walmart does it too, but it's a bit more.
