GeForce2 MX cards with "TwinView" offer similar functionality to the Matrox cards, but alas they are not as well implemented.

Specifically, only Inno3D and AsusTek make the TwinView versions (Tornado and v7100 respectively) of the GeForce2 MX (AFAIK).

Tradeoffs: 3D Performance (GeForce) vs. 2D Performance and multi-monitor features (Matrox). If you're willing to live with ho-hum 3D Performance, by all means get the G450. If 3D is important to you, or if you need a PCI version, get the GeForce

2D es en muy importo...

Just had to learn some Spanish vocab. so I tried ... well sorry that i couldn't reply right away...

My bad, but my Mum thinks that school goes first...

Ok what I mean is that 2D is important and DVD...

Ok I think I know that I am getting the G450 DDR... Now what would you say about the amount of memory... 16 or 32MB...

I would think that 16 is enough but don't know. I am pretty sure that I am going to run 2 monitors or one and a TV if this works...

So what is ur choice???

16 or 32 i think it is just about 30$ difference... but then the card just costs about 100...

So what do you think... DVD and memory and 2 devices and memory... ??? I am not doing any gaming on this sys. it is sort of used in an office... To work on and entertainment of course...

Thanx...
