For a non-budget beer, Icehouse tastes awful.

Schaefer
Golden Anniversary
Busch Light
Maisterbrau
Genessee
Pabst

Bud and Bud Light are disgusting as well. Like McDonald's, it's all marketting because the King of Beers has no virtues in terms of taste.

I used to like Stroh's as a budget beer, but now I prefer Yuengling Premium (NE regional).

I had this housemate in college who swore up and down that Hamm's was a good beer. It was something like 3.00 for a six pack or something. He would drink this stuff all the time. I remember tasting it but my mind was made up before that piss water even hit my throat. Anything that cheap can't be good.

Heh. Drank that stuff like a madman when my friends and I were doing an Internship at BNL on Long Island. We're still a black mark on that program.
Now we have to have people bring it to us because they don't sell it in Buffalo. It always brings back memories *sniff*. Sammyson can corroborate.

Milwaukee's Best Ice! Yuck!
Or MGD Light! I bought a case a few years back for $5.99 and it was super-nasty!

Oh I never said I didn't drink it! When I first starting drinking, I tried pretty much every ghetto malt liquor you could imagine, and King Cobra by far wasn't the worst. I'd say the worst tasting would be Milwaukee's Best Ice in a 40ounce bottle, I could hardly get through it, and it was only average strength as far as malt beer goes (5.9%). Steel Reserve is the strongest 40oz ghetto beer you can find around here(8.1%). I drank two 40's of Steel in about an hour and I wound up getting really sh1tfaced and nearly threw it back up:disgust:

Steel Reserve is pretty nasty, but I think it's like 8.1% alcohol.
Old Bohemian and Canadian Ace used to be pretty bad, but I don't think they're even around any more.

Wisconsin Club (affectionately referred to as Wisco) :(

$2.99/case (longnecks, no less!) while in college at IU in mid-to-late 80's.

Now that was some nasty $hit

Ha - i made a batch of brew once. We took these candy canes and melted them down, and tried to make peppermint beer. Needless to say, it didn't quite come out that way.

Now you've done it. You're going to get all the European wannabes and pseudo beer afficianados all mad at you for taking the name of their favorite beer in vain. Hehe. Personally, Guinness has never done a thing for me. Whatever floats your boat I suppose. Call me a wussy American traditionalist if you will, but I'm gonna stick with Fosters, regular Coors and Corona (and Tequiza lately . . that stuff's refreshing.)

Oh yeah, worst beer . . . Natural Light(sp?) Most overrated . . . Sam Adams (what's the big deal?)

All guinness is is just drinkable tar. Had the opputuinity to goto some German bars a couple weeks ago and I loved almost all of the different types of beer I tried. Had some Irish cider also now that was some good stuff.
