I would advise against running third-party WoW-related executables, as a great many of them contain trojan keyloggers and such. Actually, there've been warnings about this plastered all over their website and the login screen lately. Just work on a talent build at home, and look for another job for chrissakes if your current employers are such nazis about internet usage
or just do your job and follow the guidelines for proper usage. Browsing the web at work is OK, but getting around eccessive useage/non work related stuff is wrong. Is it too much that an employer asks their employees to <gasp> WORK WHEN ON THE CLOCK?</gasp>
to OP, not to say you shouldn't do this at work, I don't know what your guildlines are. You might be able to do something in Excel that does this, or look for something in Excel already done.
