I have been tasked to try and figure out a way to integrate our sales forces new ipads into the next sales convention as a way to present and interact with people.
So the deal is 50 people in a conference room, 10 individuals remotely. We need all people to be able to see and hear each other. Also the presenter can only use an ipad and has to be able to share content ( slide decks) and needs a whiteboard.
The closest I can come right now is the fuze ipad app. It allows users to see and be seen, it can share a slide deck and has a whiteboard. my problem is when it comes to the audio. If people only had to listen it would be fine since you could just mute the attendee lines. The problem is all people need to interact on the audio and with that many devices the audio just bounces off each device, amplifies and becomes unusable. Any ideas on what I can do?
