Is there an HR, Inventory, POS and Accounting Management Software in one package?

Hi guys, I would to know if you know of an off-line (non-cloud) all-in-one software package where HR, Inventory, POS and Accounting management are included? I am open for a paid version as long as budget can accommodate it.

I have found Odoo a very nice ERP/CRM solution and I liked the functionality, however, at the moment they are very much expensive and would like to consider this as long term solution.

That's pretty much it, you have to pay to play and a stand alone all in one business solution will not be cheap. There are other companies that have both stand alone and cloud packages but most will try to guide you to a cloud services per person price package. I did a research paper on HRIS's last year and discovered that I would go cloud and always have the latest software rather than buy a stand alone solution and pay to upgrade it.
