Is there an FPS cap in unreal tournament?

No matter what res I run it at, I cannot get above 75 FPS. Is there some code that makes this go higher? I have A 1.45 Ghz Athlon with a Geforce 2 Ultra.

turn V-Sync off.
My guess is your monitor refresh rate is set to 75hz.
It should be under the advanced section of your drivers.
