Is there an equivalent website to Strobist for continuous lighting systems?

I received this Portrait Lighting Kit as a present a couple of weeks ago. It includes two light stands, reflector kits (light housing, reflectors and 6500K colour bulbs) and (white) bounce umbrellas.

Before I get started, I figured I'd ask if anyone knows of a good online or offline resource for tips and tricks to this sort of lighting. Most sites don't go much past "use strobes", which is something I can do - but it wouldn't hurt to learn how to use a continuous system as well. Anything out there for me?

Honestly...would it be all that different? I would think that is virtually the same. Rather than have the light cast for the extremely short duration of a flash...its continuous and lets you see all the shadows you are casting as opposed to shooting one off and checking the results. I've shot in sunlight several times using a diffusion panel and simply applied many of the same ideas with good results. I figure the sun is the same as a continuous lighting system :p

Of course power output might be different, but that really depends on the specs of what you are using.
