The problem with doing overclocking articles is that to get statistically valid results, AT would have to OC 30+ otherwise identical CPUs. IIRC, there's some kind of database where people can enter in their OC results with different CPUs - this is probably a better way of seeing how well a CPU can OC.
And, in any event, there's no guarantee you'll get a good overclocker...
