Is there a website that tracks cellular contracts?

I have no plan to leave my current provider but I wanted to have the necessary ammunition for the easiest way to go about it, namely accuse them of changing their contracts, thereby voiding our previous contract. Does such a site exist or can the phone companies themselves assist me in getting my old contract?

I hate to rain on your parade, but the contracts specifically state that the cellular providers reserve the right to change the terms at any time. Only if the new changes cause an "Adverse Material Effect" to you, and you don't accept the change, can you get out of the contract without an ETF. In Verizon Wireless' case(and most others too, I bet), it also states if you continue to use the service after receiving the notice of the change(provided in your bill), you accept the change. And yes, using your cell phone to call customer service constitutes "usage of the services" and acceptance of the changes.


Edit: Celltrade is a contract-swapping site. They probably don't have copies of the carriers contracts lying around, you should be able to get a copy of your contract from the location you originally signed up at.
