IS there a way with MSN to know if someone have blocked you?

I know there is a way to tell if someone blocked and delete you , but is there a way to know if someone has simply block you?

I thought that on MSN the person receives a request to be allowed on your list before they're added or something.
 
There is a program which essentially pops up a message on the contacts computer and when the person clicks on it ( chances are that the persons are gonna click on it ), the program will let you know that the person is online .. If the persons blocked you, you'll come to know since he wont be online ... Not a fullproof program but usually works.

Yeah with MSN, you can know who remove you from their list ( there is a way go to tools>options> privacy.Then right click each name you have in your list, if you can DELETE the name, its because they remove you from their MSN list )But that doesnt show you if they BLOCK you only.( not remove )
