Is there a way to Uninstall IE from Windows XP?

Any uninstall hacks out there? I've decided to finally come out of my cave and use an IE alternative browser and would like IE off, if possible. If not, no big deal but I just like to keep my computer clean and organized w/o useless software installed.

Simple answer is no.

Well this XP Lite program that is for removing components shows Internet Explorer (as well as pretty much everything else) as a uncheckable item meaning it can be removed but yeah I think basically it would eff things up too much if it even was able to. Hell that damn program hosed my WMP 6.4 even though I only unchecked the newer WMP I wanted 6.4 intact!!
