Is there a way to turn on comp at preset time?

I already use SwitchOff to turn my game serving computer off at 3am. Is there a way to have the computer be turned on at a set time as well?
The only thing that comes to my mind is a separate timer plugged into the power line. Anybody have any advice or suggestions?

I have a Biostar M7MIA MB.
I've been looking in the BIOS but can't quite see ho w to configure the BIOS for a timed wake up.
