Is there a way to turn off the capacitive back button on Samsung Galaxy Tab S?

My galaxy tab s is a very flawed tablet. Great screen, which is like 80% of a reason to buy a tablet, but some stupid hardware design decisions and software decisions.

I have a but problem with the capacitive back button. I always end up hitting it by accident while using the tablet. This is irritating. Is there a way to disable these buttons?

Better solution: it's a tablet, and should have 360 degree rotation... so hold it upside down.

Don't you have the 8.4? Upside down should = portrait, with buttons on top. Heck, that's how I use my 10.1 in landscape (buttons on top).

I have the 8.4 and indeed the 'hard' buttons take some getting used to, but I like having them off the screen.
