Well I'm running into massive problems with my Belkin N+ router, I guess I never noticed it before or it just decided to stop cooperating now, but I can't access Xbox Live on it anymore without connection dropping, or if I can get on, my ping is terrible and I'm lagging out of control. PC gaming on the other hand, wonderful.
Is it possible to connect directly to modem, while keeping the router (for PC and other stuff in my house) also connected directly to the modem. Is there a splitter or...well I dont know the term, but something that would allow me to have 2 connections merge into the modem itself? For the record, all methods of bypassing the Xbox from the routers settings (DMZ, port forwarding, etc.) don't help. Connecting directly to the modem is smooth as butter though...
Help? Links? Anything?
thanks in advance
