Is there a way to quarantine an entire folder?

I have a 3TB server that I want to create a folder on for my brother. My brothers computer has a small hard drive and has run out of space, rather than spend money on another HD for his computer Ill just give him some space on my server. The only problem is that he is not as cautious with the things he downloads and I do not want my server to get infected with viruses and spyware (I have virus and spyware protection on the server but I'd like to not have to deal with it). Is there a way to quarantine his folder or somehow separate it from the rest of the server while still allowing him to access the folder and change its contents?
