Is There A Way To Petition SonyPSP Game Port To Mobile Phones?

For the SonyPSP and Nintendo DS there is a game called Tom Clancy's EndWar.

THIS GAME IS AMAZING!

It's like a 21 century version of chess.

It has air/land/sea vehicles, including aircraft carriers, submarines, planes and helicopters, and it doesn't require reflexes to play, you play at your own pace just like chess.

What I want to do is petition for the game to be ported to Android and iPhones. Any advice on how to accomplish this?

I wanted a official port to mobile phones mainly to play online.

The emulator doesn't let you play online.

Of course it is...but it MIGHT be enough to get them to listen.

Buy Sony. You can use the 1994 club as collateral towards the purchase.

Seriously though I presume there must be emulators on PC. That is going to be a much better experience than mobile. You can use a regular USB controller, there are many to choose from. If you want something portable, could maybe do it with a RPI and a small screen. Could make for a fun project, and it's cheaper than my first idea.

Maybe I can buy the copyrights of the game from Ubisoft.

I don't think they sell the game anymore and it's not a high budget game, so I doubt it'll cost that much.

It's not a AAA game like assassin's creed....i don't think it was that expensive to produce.

Also I don't think Ubisoft even sells this game anymore, that alone should make it cheap to get copyrights from.
