Sure, you can just add it AFAIK. You have to be careful adding addons though. They can defeat your security by phoning home, and blowing your cover. You also have to make sure NoScript is set to block everything. It's inexplicably left open by default, and is a huge security risk.

As I understand it, Adblock+ should be safe to add to the Tor browser, but you should confirm that elsewhere, and look at the source code yourself. Even if you don't code, many times things that look wrong will jump out at you. FWIW, I don't use addons other than default in Tor.

Well to be fair USING TOR ITSELF can blow your cover (The people running the servers can easily find out who you are)

I wonder if ISPs have a list of users who run Tor.......... just in case "someone" asks :hmm: :twisted:

Not really. It would take surveillance of the whole network to be able to identify an individual, and that isn't foolproof. Malicious exit nodes can read information being transmitted because it's unencrypted once it leaves the Tor network, but if you don't have personally identifiable data going through the malicious exit node, they still won't know who you are.
