Is there a way to hook up a laptop harddrive to a standard pc?

2.5" to 3.5" adapter is what you need. If you live near Frys they have them. Compusa and Radio shack do not, so don't bother. In that case order online instead. Lots of them on ebay for cheap.

yup...or you could just as easily buy an external casing that would convert a laptop drive to a USB 2.0 device. they should run you about 30.00 or so....

just my 2 cents.

cheers,

dave

Check the cost of shipping & handling before you buy. Some times it's more than the item you are buying!
