Is there a way to hack Via P4PB BIOS to use custom PCI/AGP dividers?

I got a C1-stepping Northwood but can't do much overclocking, because the video card craps out at around 145 FSB. Is there a way to implement custom dividers, like 4/9 for AGP and 4/18 for PCI?

Go into the Bios ans set the Video card for 2X agp. When you overclock it will still be lower than its max and give you more head room.
