Is there a way to convert PSF sound files to mp3?

I'm wondering if anyone know of a way to do this. I have a few songs that I can literally study to (the ONLY songs I can do this with) and it helps me focused but they are random PSF sound files~ Does anyone know of a way (linux or windows, doesn't matter to me) to somehow convert those sound files to mp3 or even just wav?

if using winamp:
properties -> output -> File Writer output: configure to select directory.
load up your files and hit play. when finished, change the output plugin to what it was before.

if using winamp lite, you have to download the file writer plugin seperately
