Thanks... found it...
In firefox.... tools, options, content, fonts and colors... is that the CSS stylesheet you are talking about???
I'll have to tweak the font colors to get somthing I like, but I did get rid of the light bulb glaring into my face....

Black background with white text is easier on the eyes on a monitor.

If you guys haven't noticed, the background here is not white...
I do turn down the brightness, but it seems to lose some crispness of the type???
