is there a way to burn files over a network using nero?

i have the latest nero.

on my computer (xp pro) i have 24x burner (with burnproof) and other computer has 2x burner with win98se.

instead of copying the file over and burning it, is there a way to directly burn a cd over a network?

thanx

ya i do it quite frequently, when you look for your source, look in your network neighborhood, and choose your files, of course the files have to be on a network share .. besides that its pretty straight forward .. good luck ..

that's the problem.. on my sources part (window on right), it only shows my desktop and storage devices on my computer, nothing for network...
maybe i need to enable it somewhere?

Depending on your OS, right click on Network Neighborhood, or My Network Places or whatever stupid name MS has decided to call it today, select Map Network Drive, follow the syntax of:
\\computer_name\sharename or \\192.168.x.x\sharename
and hit enter. If all goes well you should get a login prompt. By default on some windows (all?) your C drive will be shared by default c$.

Good luck! It works really well. Nero caches network files and I haven't had a problem...
