as of late there have been many topics that have been created that are utter wastes of bandwidth and time to even read the titles. usually these topics are created by a small group of people, attention whores if you will, but they are taking it to the extreme. is there a way that i can block any topic that they create?

First Admendent.

You may eventually learn to recognize certain people as creating threads worth ignoring.

Sounds as if you're describing all of OT. If that's the case, you can block the entire forum like some do for P&N.

There's a global function: Don't log in. Crude, but it works.

VBulletin 3.0 allows you the ability to 'hide' a particular posters posts from your view globally - all you see is their mouth (name taking up very 'lil space) but no words . . You have a 'buddy' & whats called an 'ignore' list. hehe

I'm looking for the board RULES???? Any?? Is there such a thing as a 'sticky'?? Who runs this place??

Ability to Ignore would be very nice.

I brought this up some time ago, I believe it's on the "I want list", but not on the "to do list".
