Is there a way to auto-input text in a form on a website?

All I'm looking to do is have my user name automatically inputted in a form box on my email website, and have the cursor start in the password box. Is this possible? If so, how?

Thanks!

I am not sure if this will do the trick for you but it might. Its called Password Manager made by Symantec(norton) and you create profiles, and whatever profile you have on will auto fill its info to the address area like if you were to buy something on the net. Also saves all your passwords, its a great program, I have been using it for about 2 weeks now and loving it. You can buy it seperate or in Norton System Works 2004. Maybe it will help.

Thanks for the effort, but I'd like to aviod using a big program. I'm really just being lazy with this whole thing anyways and was wondering if what I want to do is even possible w/o a program. I already tried saving the webpage and editing it with some JS and HTML and it does what I want, BUT won't let me log in properly because it's a secure website...

Anyone else have ideas? Thanks!
