Is there a way firefox can handle 128 bit encryption so i can use it instead of IE?

128bit is pretty standard these days, I'd think FF has it. Mozilla does.

Having an issue with an Online Bank or something?

Damn your good, yes cannot use my online banking...:|

is there a way to setup what it handles or enable/ disable something??

take a look in Tools...-> Options...->Advanced--->Security

Make sure that all the various protocols (ssl v2., ssl v3 and tls) are activated.

Is there any particular error that you're getting?

It's quite possible that the website uses ActiveX as part of their security. If so only IE will work(there should be some kind of smallprint somewhere stating that, if it's the case), but do as Mark R suggested.

Sometimes, even if they don't use ActiveX, they will block non-IE browsers. Change your user agent string to an IE one and see what happens.
